Love them or hate them scales are one metric for assessing health and motivating an improvement in health outcomes. While we encourage predominantly a focus on non scale wins, some people like visual and metric representations when it comes to reducing the amount of pressure placed on, and the inflammation, in your body.  And if you are that type of person then you will love our 3D Body Scanner.

Use our Styku 3D Scanner to track risks of underlying conditions.  Contactless and private, determines risks of underlying conditions with harmless infrared camera, see your progress in 3D and estimate your goal achievement date.

Hayley

I have been on my weight-loss journey for 3x years loosing around 30kg. I signed up for a nutrition challenge via tribal phoenix and had the opportunity to have my body scan done.

Before my body scan I didn’t know what I was getting into or what this scan was going to show me. I had only ever seen “fitness freaks” post about these body scans online. I was a little worried to what this scan was going to show me….

However post scan this was the best reality check I needed for this point in my journey. The body scan told me I was overweight – I knew this. But what I didn’t know and what I learnt in my session is where my “most at risk” areas are and the break down of different fats, the impacts of the different measures and what it is doing to my body. We made a plan that wasn’t a quick fix and put small goals in place to refocus. This was the best reality check I have had. No lies, no one giving me the “nice version” of the details just cold hard stats well facts! This is the best thing I have done for myself to get an accurate reflection of myself. The first thing I thought was wooow imagine what it would have been before I lost my 30kg

Leaving my scan and having a quality conversation around my healthy living plan going forward it gave me the new steps I needed to refocus my weight-loss journey.

Knowledge is a powerful thing. This journey is me vs me

Thanks,

Hayley
