Pete Egoscue says “Muscles tell the bones what to do” and through a series of effective e-cises you will take back control and tell the muscles what to do. We will wake up muscles that are just along for the ride, and let the ones doing all the work get back to doing their own job. The result? A body that will move more freely, function better, and feel less pain.

Remember to bring a yoga mat or towel (or both). All other equipment supplied.

Spaces are limited and as such there are no refunds on no shows. Please make sure you give at least 18 hours notice if you need to cancel.

Please note that these classes are not person specific, you will be learning different e-cises that you can do at home.
