The foods we eat play a role in pain and inflammation. We believe it’s this simple… focus on whole and real foods, plenty of fruits & vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats, eliminate the junk our bodies just aren’t designed to process, and boost your nutrient intake, where needed, through supplementation.

However, just as importantly as what we eat is what happens when we’re not eating and allowing our bodies to metabolically switch between the our two energy systems – The Sugar Burning System and The Fat Burning System.  A lot of healing happens when we give ourselves a break from eating, starting with just 12-13 hours.  BUT if you are female it’s super important that we aren’t fasting like males because this can then be detrimental to our health and our hormones rather than beneficial.
