These classes are designed to help you improve posture, reduce pain, and restore natural movement through the Egoscue Method—a proven approach to postural alignment and pain relief.
Each session focuses on gentle but powerful E-cises (alignment exercises) that retrain your muscles to support your bones the way they were designed to. You’ll wake up the muscles that have gone “offline,” give overworked ones a break, and discover how your body can move more freely—with less tension, better balance, and greater ease.
What to Know Before Class
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins so you have time to settle in. Once class has started, the door will be closed to keep the session flowing smoothly.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, towel, or both. All other equipment is provided.

Cancellations: Because spaces are limited, we ask that you give at least 18 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Missed classes without notice can’t be refunded.
Group vs. Individual Support
These are group-based posture classes, making them perfect for learning the foundations of alignment and body awareness. However, they are not tailored to specific individual conditions.
